Usage: cban
cban <person>
Description:
Ban or unban a player from applying to your clan. Using the command
on an already-banned player removes the ban (toggle).
Subcommands:
cban .............. List all currently banned players.
cban <person> ..... Ban the player, or unban if already banned.
Restrictions:
- Requires the Ban clan permission.
- Maximum of 10 bans per clan. Unban someone first if at
the limit.
- Can be used from any position, even while dead.
