Usage: cpromote <person> <rank#>
cdemote <person> <rank#>
Description:
Change a clan member's rank. Ranks are specified by number (use
cwho to see current ranks and their numbers).
Behavior:
cpromote ..... Raise the member to a higher rank. The target
rank must be higher than their current rank.
cdemote ...... Lower the member to a lower rank. The target
rank must be lower than their current rank.
The target is notified of their rank change.
Restrictions:
- cpromote requires the Promote clan permission.
- cdemote requires the Demote clan permission.
- You can only promote/demote members below your own rank
(unless you are the clan leader).
- You cannot promote/demote to a rank at or above your own
(unless you are the clan leader).
- You cannot promote or demote yourself.
- Can be used from any position, even while dead.
