[BALANCE] Range of Field Base reward-over-time increases slightly every 10 minutes up to 5 hours, then increases slightly every hour up to 24 hours. The new max range is now 1.0 - 5.9 per reward. [BALANCE] When worn on a non-weapon equipment slot, alien jaw lifesteal is reduced 50% on proc. 3. [BALANCE] 'Charge' damage reduced from 4%/8%/12%/15% of victim's max HP to 4%/6%/8%/10% of max HP. Charge damage is further reduced based on range to bring it in line with the 'leap' skill. 4. [BALANCE] Class Veteran Charge 3 HP bonus reduced from 5% to 4%. 5. [BALANCE] 'Grapple' electrode stun timers reduced from 1/2/3 seconds to 1 second. Grapple duration reduced from 4/5/8/10 seconds to 3/4/5/6 seconds. 6. [BALANCE] 'Toss' damage reduced from 5%/8%/11%/15% of victim's max HP to 2%/3%/4%/5% of max HP. Toss stun timers reduced from 2/3/3/4 seconds to 1/1/1/2 seconds. 7.
