Usage: createclan <name>
Description:
Create a new clan. You will be prompted to set a clan tag and
confirm before the clan is created. All grouped members who meet
the level requirement are automatically enlisted as founding members.
Requirements:
- You must be at least level 40.
- You must be leading a group of 3+ players, each at least
level 20.
- You must have 3000 MP for the creation fee.
- Clan name must be 3-32 characters long.
Notes:
- Must be resting or better to use.
