Usage: enlist <person>
Description:
Accept a pending applicant into your clan. The applicant is removed
from the application list, added as a full member, and all online
clan members are notified.
Use cwho to see current applicants listed at the bottom.
Restrictions:
- Requires the Enlist clan permission.
- The target must have a pending application to your clan.
- The clan cannot exceed its maximum member limit.
- Can be used from any position, even while dead.
