Usage: hit <target>
kill <target>
Description:
Initiate combat with a visible target in the same room. Both hit
and kill behave identically for players -- they begin a fight or, if
you are already fighting, switch your attacks to the new target.
Target Memory:
If you type hit with no argument, you will re-engage the last
target you attacked, provided they are still in the room.
Target Switching:
Using hit on a different target mid-combat switches who you are
attacking. When switching, the new target must already be engaged in
combat or be a member of your group.
Characters affected by GROUPTANK cannot disengage from their
current target to switch.
PvP Rules:
Player-vs-player combat requires both combatants to have PK enabled
and neither can be in a no-PK room. Attacking a friendly character
marks you as a TRAITOR and costs 10 karma.
Notes:
- You cannot attack yourself.
- Charmed characters cannot attack their leader.
