Usage: wiznet <text>

Description:
The staff communication channel. Messages are displayed in
cyan and buffered in each recipient's wiz history. The ;
prefix is a shorthand alias. Requires General privileges.
Subcommands:
wiznet <text> ........... Send a message to all staff.
;@ ...................... Show all staff online. Lists who is
visible to you, and notes if they are
(Writing) or (Writing mail). Staff
with wiznet muted are listed separately
under Gods offline.
;# <level> <text> ....... Send only to staff at or above the
specified level. You cannot set a level
above your own.
Display Format:
Normal message:
YourName: message text
Level-restricted message:
YourName: <103> message text
If the sender is invisible to you:
Someone: message text
Notes:
- Messages are suppressed for staff who are writing or
mailing, but still buffered in their wiz history.
- If your wiznet is muted (nowiz), you cannot send and
will see "You are offline!"
- Use ;\\ to send a message starting with a special
character (@, #) literally.
