Usage: politics
Description:
Display a grid showing diplomatic relations between all clans.
Each row represents a clan (by tag), and each column shows that
clan's relationship with the column clan.
Relations:
ALLIED ...... Mutual alliance (green).
WAR ......... At war (red).
(blank) ..... Neutral -- no declared relationship.
Example:
[TAG1] [TAG2] [TAG3]
[TAG1] ALLIED WAR
[TAG2] ALLIED
[TAG3] WAR
Notes:
- If there are more clans than fit on screen, the display
is split into multiple pages.
- Can be used from any position, even while dead.
