Usage: respond <message #>
Description:
Reply to a message on a bulletin board. The original message is
automatically quoted in your response, and the subject is prefixed
with Re:. Opens the text editor (/s to save, /h for help).
Behavior:
A board must be present in the room or your inventory. The quoted
message appears as:
------- Quoted message -------
(original text)
------- End Quote -------
Your reply text is added after the quote.
Restrictions:
- You must have both read and write access to the board.
- The message number must exist on the board.
- Must be resting or better to use.
