Description:
Your account stash is permanent storage shared by every character on your
account. Drop a weapon in with one character and a different character can
walk up to a terminal and take it out. It is the only way to move gear
between your characters.
Like the personal locker, the stash requires a storage terminal. Deposits
appear to your other characters immediately -- there is no need to log out
first.
Subcommands:
Identical to locker. See help locker for the full list of selectors.
Restrictions On Withdrawal:
Anything you may store, you may store -- but taking an item out requires
that the character actually be able to use it. A zombie cannot pull human-only
gear out of the stash, and a fresh character cannot pull out equipment above
its level. The item is not lost; it simply stays in the stash until a
character who qualifies comes to collect it. The same check applies to clan
and class restricted equipment.
Slots:
The stash counts slots exactly as the locker does: containers cost one
slot for themselves plus one for every item inside.
Stash space is bought in modules of several slots at a time, and is paid for
in Specialty Points as well as Mission Points. Specialty Points are far rarer
than Mission Points, so a fully expanded stash is a long-term goal rather
than a purchase. Each module costs more than the last. stash info shows the
exact price of the next one, and what you currently hold.
Because the stash belongs to the account, a module bought by one character
expands it for all of them.
Timers:
As with the locker, decaying items do not count down while stored.
Examples:
> stash put demon-hide jacket
> stash info
> stash buy
