Usage: title <text>
Description:
Set your character's title. The title appears after your name on
who, score, and other displays.
Example:
> title Sunshine
Okay, you're now Hicks Sunshine.
Restrictions:
- Maximum length: 80 characters (including color codes).
- Players flagged NOTITLE cannot set a title.
- Can be used from any position, even while dead.
